100 days of Self Care Notepad

It takes between 18 and 254 days for new actions to become a routine and part of your everyday life, so we created a 100-page notepad journal to help you on your self-care journey. Start the day by writing down how you are feeling and creating a positive mindset, then end the day by reflecting on what you have done to look after yourself. Keep each of the pages and when the pad is finished go back through the days to see if there has been a shift in your routine and habits.
